Canon/Nikon. Love & Hate.

Today Canon announced that the next 5D Mark II firmware update will add manual exposure control for video recording. It’s nice when a company listens to what the users want.

I love you Canon.

I recently bought a Nikon 9000 ED scanner. I found out after my purchase that Nikon does NOT support OSX 10.5, and Nikon has no plans to support it. So I am pretty much out of luck on a Mac. There are some 3rd party scanning programs like SilverFast, but I have had little luck getting those to work either.

I hate you Nikon.
